What happens next?

1Send your request.We’ll review your details and make sure we can bring your idea to life.
2Pay your $10 Custom Design Fee.Once paid, we’ll apply the $10 toward your $18 total.
3Review your design.We’ll email you a photo.
One reasonable round of small adjustments is included.
4Approve + finish.Once approved, you’ll pay the remaining $8 balance and we’ll finalize, package and ship your piece.

Timing:Custom pieces are typically completed within 7–10 business days after the Custom Design Fee is paid, not including shipping. Timing may pause while we wait for your design approval.

Waiting on you?If we don’t hear back after sending your design, we’ll follow up two more times. Custom requests close after 14 days without a response. The $10 Custom Design Fee is non-refundable once design work has begun.
